Vista Desktop Icons

By default, upon install, the Windows Vista desktop is empty... Aside from the recycle bin. You can add back the "Computer", "Documents", and "Network" Icons very easily.

First "right-click" on the desktop. From the context menu choose the "Personalize" link.

When the next window opens, look in the left hand corner, you will see two links. Click the "Change desktop icons" link.

That will open another window. Where you will be able to choose the items you want to place on the desktop.

There you go... You have your familiar desktop icons back.. Simple!!
