Software installation update….
Here's my installation update for 3/19/07:
Installed:
- Quickbooks 2007
- Installed Perfectly.. No problems
- Adobe Acrobat version 6
- Don't do it. This is a pig. won't work. Use version 8
- Macromendia Studio MX 2004
- All works well.
- DreamWeaver needs permission to run each time.. Have to check on that
- Flash.. no problems
- FreeHand… Wunderbar
- Fireworks… Changes video mode of Vista to “Basic” while running then changes it back on exit. Otherwise. good.
- Blackberry Desktop Manager
- I'll tell ya now.. Just go ahead and upgrade to 4.2.1.8 save your self some trouble
Hardware issues: 1
- HP Color LaserJet 1500L
- No Vista driver.. HP says they will not make a vista driver for this printer. They suggest you buy a new printer?!
- Tried an XP driver for this… No Joy. I'll find a work around though!! Mark My words HP!!!!!
This kind of feels like a terrorist watch doesnt it??
