Virus caused TCP/IP Problems

Finding the Vista Telnet Client
From time to time I find that I need use of a telnet client... And, when I used Windows XP primarily, I would just drop to a command prompt and type the command. Well, Being as Coldfusion version 8 (aka Scorpio) has been released, I decided to try and get my server copy updated as well... However, being a CHEAP ... I decided only to move up to version 7..
