Another Spammer Mail

Here’s another variation on that silly, “We’ve got some money for you” e-mail scam. Oh and, FYI, the spelling errors are the Spammer’s not mine. Obviously spammers cannot afford spell checkers. This is a scam!  If you get this, delete it.  After making fun of it of course. ATTENTION THIS IS TO ALERT YOU THAT THE POLICE HAVE GOT THOSE … Read more

Save the Arts!

This is one of the most troubling things I’ve run across in a long time. TAZEWELL, Tenn. — Because of the recession, cutbacks in public schools across the country have compromised a lot of what many students have taken for granted, like after-school activities and programs. Fortunately, in Claiborne, Bell, and Lee Counties, schools have not made many critical cutbacks … Read more

Friday Funny: Cats Need a Good Home

Oh Boy, Oh Boy!! Here is a “goodern” for everyone… Came in my e-mail on Thursday and just new I had to share it today. I’m not even gonn try and trick you all into thinking this is real… I mean, come on, it’s Friday! What do you expect?

So here goes:

Dear All,
My friend’s cat had kittens, and she was able to give away all but 4 of them.  I told her I would help her find homes for the last 4. I can’t take one because I am allergic to cats, but if you could take just one it would be such a help, and the kittens could have a nice home. Or if you know some one would.

Since she lives way out by the Nuclear Power Plant, I’ll go pick them up for you.

I’ve attached pictures of the last 4 kittens.

Will you help?

In the 2010 budget released yesterday by Knox County Mayor Mike Ragsdale, the Knoxville Symphony is set to receive … Read more

Friday Funny: The Nun

Well, here we go again… A TWO-FUR on this Rainy Friday. Don’t think this will become a habit or anything… We can’t just go around all “Willie-Nillie” having TWO Friday Funnies each week. Well… maybe we could but, I’m really lazy so, don’t expect it. 🙂 #2 – The Nun A cabbie picks up a Nun. She gets into the … Read more
